Privacy Policy

IPTV Pano is built to be private. There is no sign-up, your provider logins are end-to-end encrypted, and the app never tracks you across other apps or websites. This policy explains exactly what happens to your information.

No account, no sign-up

You can use IPTV Pano without creating an account or giving us an email or password. To let your devices sync and to deliver notifications, the app creates a pseudonymous device identifier. It is not linked to your name, email or any real-world identity.

Your provider and library are end-to-end encrypted

You connect your own IPTV source — an M3U playlist, an Xtream Codes account or an Enigma2 receiver. Your sources, credentials, playlists and watch progress are encrypted on your device with a key only your own devices hold. When they sync between your devices, our servers store only unreadable ciphertext: we can never see your provider logins, your stream URLs or your channel list.

Syncing is off until you switch it on. If you only watch on one device, none of this is uploaded at all.

No stream proxying

Video and audio stream directly between your device and your provider or receiver. IPTV Pano's servers never fetch, relay or store the streams you watch.

What reaches our backend

Only these things are associated with your pseudonymous device identifier:

• the identifier itself, so your devices can recognise each other;
• a notification token, if you switch notifications on;
• app settings such as a bitrate limit, data-saver mode or your preferred language;
• the encrypted blocks described above, if you switch syncing on.

What you watch is tracked on your device. It is not stored on our servers in readable form, and it is not used to profile you. None of the data above:

• is not linked to your name or email;
• is never sold and is not shared with data brokers;
• is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps and websites;
• does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) — the app's privacy manifest declares no tracking.

Program guide & sports data

The TV guide and sports schedules are prepared on our servers and delivered to the app; the app never fetches guide data from your provider or contributes any to us. Most of the guide is loaded for a whole country at once and matched to your channels on your device. When you open the guide, a channel's details or the live timeline, the app does request the programme for those specific channels, so our servers can see which channels you look up — never under your name, and never joined to your provider, your credentials or your stream URLs.

Local network, camera & notifications

IPTV Pano asks for local-network access to find receivers and cast targets (such as an Enigma2 box, Apple TV or Chromecast) on your Wi-Fi, for the camera only to scan a QR code when pairing another device, and for notifications to alert you about things like upcoming programs. These are used only when you actively use the related feature.

Third-party components

The app includes playback components (such as VLC and cast frameworks) that process streams on your device. They are used for playback and casting only and are not used to profile you.

Children

IPTV Pano is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Your rights

Because we hold no data linked to your real identity, there is no login to recover. In the app under Settings → Data you can export everything associated with your device as a JSON file, and delete your device account outright — that removes the encrypted blocks and the identifier from our servers. Deleting the app removes all local data from your device.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version on this page.
